A client responds to the Hospitality Center Experience
Sometimes we get discouraged, but often something happens and our spirits are lifted and we are renewed to continue with the work of the Lord with increased enthusiasm. We hope that these comments from John Tarasiewicz encourage the hearts of all of you who support this ministry.
I have been coming to the Hospitality Center for over a year. I am a vet and I had been a mechanic. I lost my job and things went down hill for me until I was living in my car.
The Hospitality Center is a place to go and to meet good people. All the staff are a big help. Kenny Wright I call “Father Kenny.” He helped me get on my feet. He helps me stay sober. The staff gives good information. They directed me to “Central” where I am getting therapy and medications for depression. I have been living at the “Halfway There” program for the past two years. I come here for my sanity and to hear morning devotions. From here I have been directed to all the resources that I need. I am now working part time.
